iChatPDF provides an AI-powered document analysis platform that allows users to:

3. User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our service and users.

Our Content: The iChatPDF service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-Generated Content: AI-generated answers and insights provided by our service are created specifically for you. While you may use these insights for your own purposes, you acknowledge that similar responses may be generated for other users asking similar questions.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
Plan Tiers: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Hobby, Pro, Ultimate, Enterprise) with different features and usage limits.
Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Free Trial: Pro, Ultimate, and Enterprise plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends unless you cancel before then.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Usage Limits: Each plan has specific usage limits (documents, questions, file size). Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or automatic upgrade prompts.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of iChatPDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

- •We never use your documents to train AI models
- •We never sell your personal information
- •You can delete your data and account at any time
8. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be unavailable due to:

- •Emergency repairs or updates
- •Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

AI Accuracy: While our AI technology is highly advanced, it may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. You should verify important information, especially for legal, medical, or financial matters.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iChatPDF and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Dispute Resolution
